Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Bekah Barton, a Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about creating an affirming and supportive space for you to explore your life, relationships, and the parts of yourself that may need healing. I honor your personal values and lived experiences and believe that therapy should empower you to show up as your full, authentic self.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in methods that work. I draw from Brainspotting, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help you uncover insight, find relief, and move forward with greater clarity and connection. I am belief-affirming, body-positive, and LGBTQ+ affirming.

Outside the therapy room, I find meaning in community, connection, and creativity. I love rock climbing, hosting dinner parties, running a cookbook club, going to concerts, and spending time indoors and outdoors with the people I love.
